Quotes provided through this website, including catering and large group orders, are estimates valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote becomes binding only when accepted by us and confirmed in writing.

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. We reserve the right to decline any quote request, enquiry or order at our discretion.

5. Orders, Menu and Pricing

All menu items, prices and availability displayed on this website or communicated to you are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We endeavour to prepare orders accurately and promptly; however, preparation and service times may vary due to demand, staffing and other operational factors. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing for catering or large orders.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

For standard purchases, refunds or replacements are provided in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. For catering and pre-arranged orders, cancellation fees may apply where the order has already commenced preparation.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed catering order, please notify us as soon as possible by email. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

7. Food Safety and Allergens

Our kitchen handles a range of ingredients, including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and other common allergens. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens or cross-contamination.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For goods of a kind commonly acquired for domestic, household or personal use, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
